Shipping Policy

Lovely Darling currently ships within New Zealand only. Each order is carefully packed from our little studio and sent with love via Aramex Couriers. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

North Island 
• Urban deliveries: 2–4 business days
• Rural deliveries: 3–6 business days

South Island 
• Urban deliveries: 3–6 business days
• Rural deliveries: 4–8 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Rural Deliveries

Rural addresses can take a little longer to arrive. To help avoid delays, please ensure your address is correctly marked as rural at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location (urban or rural).

Additional Information

Once your parcel has been collected by Aramex, delivery times are outside of our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out — we’re always happy to help locate it.
