Refund policy

At Lovely Darling, every piece is made with care, intention, and love — and we want you to feel just as happy receiving it as we were creating it.

If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You’re welcome to return unwashed, unworn, and unused items in their original condition, together with the original invoice, within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To arrange a return:

• Simply email us at lovelydarlingnz@gmail.com and we’ll send you the return address and a return form or contact us via the contact form on our website.

• Refunds will be issued excluding shipping costs.

• For exchanges, postage costs will apply for sending your replacement item(s).

A gentle note:

We’re unable to replace or refund items that have been damaged through improper laundering. Please take a moment to follow the care instructions here to ensure your Lovely Darling piece stays beautiful for years to come.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
